Stella Parker
BHlthSc (TCM), MWomHMed
Stella Parker is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist.
She graduated form the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. During her studies, she embarked on a five-year apprenticeship in Pulse Diagnosis, gaining invaluable clinical experience and refining her diagnostic skills. This specialised training allows her to provide highly individualised treatments, using a gentle needling approach.
Being a mother herself, Stella understands the unique challenges women face at different stages of life. Her practice is dedicated to supporting busy women – from periods to pregnancy, postpartum and peri menopause. She has a particular focus on hormonal balance, stress, and mental health, helping women manage fatigue, anxiety, and the emotional load of modern life.
Before transitioning into Chinese Medicine, Stella had a successful career in music and arts public relations while also teaching yoga for 15 years across Sydney. It was this loved but demanding career that eventually led to burnout, and this, plus her own experience with mental health struggles, eventually led her to discover the profound benefits of acupuncture, inspiring her to formally study TCM and dedicate her career to helping others regain balance and vitality.
Stella has completed further studies with Kirsten Wolfe in ‘The Fertile Life’, mentoring with Clare Pyers, peri menopause certification with Girls Gone Strong, and motherhood studies with Sophie Brock. She continues to expand her knowledge, integrating the latest research with traditional wisdom to provide the highest level of care for her patients.
