Principal Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist & Founder

Elizabeth Cullen is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist.

She studied a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Technology Sydney and graduated in 2019 with a Masters of Women’s Health Medicine from the  University of New South Wales.

After living in Cheng Du, China for hospital placement Elizabeth experienced integrative medicine of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine and saw first hand the health benefits of comprehensive health care for patients.

Her passion drew her to founding The Dao Health in 2016 in which she is dedicated to creating a practice where patients of the West can confidently and safely experience and benefit treatment learnt from the East.

Through the use of the latest evidence-based Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture research, each patient is treated as an individual at The Dao Health. Elizabeth seeks the root of the cause rather than the branch to restore the healthy balance both physically and emotionally.

As well as Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine treatment Elizabeth encourages time in consultations for the education of individualised lifestyle and dietary advice with patients to empower them to regain the responsibility of their own health. This includes support to build and become part of an integrated healthcare team for the patient to navigate their current health conditions and associated symptoms.  She promotes shared care with allied health professionals of the Sutherland Shire and St George community.

Elizabeth has a particular passion and enthusiasm treating Women’s Health and Fertility beginning with Menarche and Menstrual issues including Endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome through to Preconception behaviour, Natural Fertility support, Male fertility support, IUI and IVF support, Pregnancy, Labour preparation and Postnatal care.

She treats a range of conditions in the clinic and has interest and experience in the treatment of Bells Palsy, Digestive Issues, Skin conditions, Sleep issues, Chronic Fatigue, Musculoskeletal Issues, Mental Health and Cosmetic Acupuncture.

Elizabeth’s ongoing curiosity with Chinese Medicine inspires her to travel back to China for ongoing study and to continue learning Mandarin.

She is a registered member of The Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).



Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner &

Georgia is a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner and Acupuncturist. She graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Prior to joining the team at The Dao Health, Georgia worked at a multidisciplinary clinic in Rozelle, Sydney. She has had the opportunity to complete a clinical placement working with Cancer patients at Concord Hospital, treating alongside the patient’s usual chemotherapy or radiotherapy care she used acupuncture to increase the patient’s quality of life, whilst also managing their pain. Georgia also spent time living in China, interning and studying at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinic. During this time she observed first hand the benefits of incorporating both eastern and western therapies to treat her patient’s conditions. She continues to encourage and support shared care with her patients and allied health care practitioners and specialists in the local area.

Since graduating, Georgia has furthered her studies in female reproductive health and pregnancy, in which she has a special interest. She has also completed further study in cosmetic acupuncture including preventative care and acne management.

Georgia believes optimal health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. In her treatments, she advises on the importance of diet and lifestyle. Alongside her Chinese Medicine treatments, she incorporates tailored advice specific to her patient’s needs.

Georgia is interested and experienced in treating a variety of different areas of health, including supporting women’s reproductive health including menstrual irregularities, amenorrhea, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility and pregnancy support and post-natal care; musculoskeletal conditions involving pain management and recovery; digestive disorders, stress and anxiety; sleep concerns and cosmetic acupuncture including Bell’s Palsy.

She is a registered member of The Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).



Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner &

Audrey is a fully registered practitioner in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine with AHPHRA, with 10 years of experience. Audrey has received specialised training from internationally renowned masters in China and Japan in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and has a personal interest in paediatrics, musculoskeletal issues and general wellness.

Along with these interests, Audrey has practiced in Women’s health clinics in the Inner West and Eastern suburbs which has focused mainly on supporting Females with women’s health, reproductive support and postpartum care.. She has continued to practice in this in her time in Sydney CBD and in the west and now here at The Dao Health.

Audrey’s journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began at a young age, where she was surrounded by family who used traditional herbal medicine and acupuncture for various ailments with success. However, growing up Audrey decided to dedicate her time studying sports science, especially sport psychology as she was quite active throughout her childhood. Eventually, she completed psychology subjects whilst studying a Sport Science degree at Western Sydney University (B. in Applied Science in Sport Science and Exercise – UWS).  These psychology fundamentals still prove to be helpful today.

She rediscovered her interest in Traditional medicine and in particular Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) whilst working alongside a naturopath in retail. She graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. A local internship in whilst completing this degree, introduced her to Japanese style acupuncture and she advanced her art with local mentors culminating in study trips to Japan to further her understanding and training. Furthermore, during the first few years of practice, an international certification in paediatric Shonishin was completed locally in Australia.

Audrey provides a highly professional, personalised approach to your health taking the time to get to know your specific situation to ensure the best outcome for you. She is inspired to continue learning in order to support you to achieve optimal health and well being.

In her spare time, Audrey likes to keep fit and healthy via doing gentle activities like walking and stretching. She also likes to volunteer her time to athletics as a technical official and has been to international events such as the Commonwealth Games at both youth and elite levels.



Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner &

Molly Burton is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist. She graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Molly always had a goal to work in a career where she could help people. She was drawn to Chinese Medicine after dealing with some health concerns of her own and saw how transformative it was for herself. She loved how practical and hands-on it was and she knew how amazing it would be to help others with this medicine.

Molly moved away from her home on the South Coast of NSW, to pursue Chinese Medicine and hasn’t looked back since. She has a passion for integrative health and medicine, and strongly believes in the benefits of incorporating both Eastern and Western medicine. She encourages and supports shared patient care with other allied health and medical practitioners. She understands the importance of educating her patients through their journeys to help them achieve optimal health.

Molly has a special interest in Women’s Health, understanding the complexities of illnesses that are involved and how Chinese Medicine can help.

She also has had further training in Cosmetic Acupuncture and thoroughly enjoys treating with this modality.

Molly provides an open, comforting space to ensure all her patients receive quality care. There is so much to learn about health and medicine, and she is inspired to continue learning to deepen her knowledge.

In her spare time, Molly loves to cook, especially Italian food, as she spent six-months living in Italy as a teenager. She also loves to explore new cafes and restaurants in Sydney with her partner – always searching for the next best spot. She loves to spend time back down on the South Coast with her family and friends.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner &

Clarice is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Herbal Medicine Dispenser. She undertook a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Technology Sydney.

Her curiosity for Chinese Medicine began in her early teens, after experiencing the benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine firsthand. Clarice is passionate in treating and supporting her patients and has a strong focus on Women’s and Men’s Reproductive Health and Fertility; including natural-conception and assisted reproductive technologies, pregnancy-care and menstrual-disorders, such as endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS and amenorrhea.

Clarice’s practice has an emphasis on optimising health through a holistic approach that considers all facets of wellbeing; that unites the body, the mind and the soul.

Clarice is driven to educate and empower her patients to understand the mechanics of their own bodies and provide the tools for her patients to optimise their own health through self-healing. Clarice strongly believes in “bridging the gap” between eastern and western medicine and works alongside conventional practitioners and allied health professionals to further enrich the health and vitality of her patients and achieve the best outcomes.

On the weekends she enjoys walking her Groodle and listening to Aretha Franklin.

The Dao Health Clinic Manager

Rachael Fussell has over 24 years of experience in all areas of clinic management. She is patient-focused and can be described as approachable, hardworking and committed. Rachael loves to build relationships with patients and also help to promote the clinic in the community. She will always try her best so that patients feel welcomed and at home at The Dao Health.

Rachael is a mother to 3 children and 2 stepsons and is also kept busy walking her 2 pugs and a new kelpie puppy. She tries to live a stress-free and happy lifestyle and looks forward to catching up with you at your next visit.




Megan Marks has a lengthy history in investigations. Due to work-related stress and illness, she sought the aid of Traditional Chinese Medicine to alleviate the associated symptoms.  She was drawn to the calm, nurturing environment offered by The Dao Health which she found extremely helpful and successful. Years later, Megan joined the Reception Team hoping to offer the patient’s the same warm inviting experience that she came to love at The Dao.

Megan is a mother to two adult boys and likes to keep active by walking her Labrador fur baby named “Chief” every day. You will find Megan wandering the Royal National Park with girlfriends every Saturday or Stand-up paddle boarding on a Sunday.
